One Pot Penne Vodka

One Pot Penne Vodka

One Pot Penne Vodka

This creamy, comforting pasta dinner comes together in just one pot—and about 30 minutes. Made entirely in the Always Pan Pro, it’s rich, tomatoey, and low on cleanup. Technically, it makes two dishes. But if you eat straight from the pan, we’re not judging.

What You'll Need

Ingredients

  • 1 box penne pasta

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 20 oz strained or crushed tomatoes

  • 1½ cups whole milk

  • 2 oz vodka

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan, plus more for topping

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in the Always Pan Pro over medium heat. Add the garlic and tomato paste, cooking until the paste deepens in color and becomes fragrant.

Step 2

Pour in the strained tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the vodka, milk, and grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper, and bring the sauce to a lively simmer.

Step 3

Add the pasta directly to the pan. Stir to combine and cover with a lid.

Step 4

Cook on medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for about 30 minutes or until the pasta is tender and the sauce is creamy and well coated.

Step 5

Serve hot, topped with extra Parmesan and a few cracks of black pepper.
